I am currently a senior UX designer at Amazon Robotics in North Reading, MA, where I focus on designing intuitive robot behaviors and enhancing user experience for both physical robots and their digital applications. 

With over 12 years in UX design, human factors engineering, and computer science, my consistent approach has always been human-centered. I'm passionate about observing how people interact with robotic products to uncover their unspoken needs, and my background in industrial design from an engineering school has equipped me to bridge the gap between design and engineering.
